Im haveing trouble getting started with this program.  when i start to to burn a dvd if gets stuck at 2% and does not move.  what am i doing wrong.

The first thing you are doing wrong is that you are not telling us what you are doing and with what application.  

You could be making a data DVD, a music DVD or a video DVD.  We should not have to guess which one.

If you are making a video DVD, you could be using My DVD or MyDVD express.  You could be making a DVD with or without menus.  You could be making a standard DVD or a AVCHD DVD, you could be using video(s) or slide show(s).

More information is needed.  Note that I didn't even get into data DVD and/or music DVD.

We are not looking over your shoulder.  unsure.gif

Regardless of what I say about computer maintenance, there is no need to defrag a solid state hard drive.

im trying to make a standard video dvd using MY DVD without menus.  hope that helps.  sorry im new to this and still trying to understand it.

Are you saying the 2 links that were provided in post #2 were of no help and you need further help.
