How do I create an CD-RW disk in EMC9 Basic. There seems to be no option to format a RW disc to used as an additional drive like a floppy disk  is used.  Please Help.  I am using Windows Vista Enterprise.

Sounds like youu are wanting to use Drag-to-Disc (a packet writing application). If it wasn't installed with your basic EMC9 version, then you don't have it and thus can't use it.

Good news is, if you really want to use that type of disc writing, Vista includes it's own version called Live File System. Here is a link to some info about it: http://blogs.techrepublic.com.com/window-on-windows/?p=536

Keep in mind that with any 'packet-writing' app, it is not recommended as a means of backing up or permanently storing data.
