I have a product called Roxio Creator Premier, Version 9.0.11.6
Two questions
When I click on "Check for Updates", I get message - Updater disabled.  How to I re-enable it?
When I go to the download page of the Roxio support site, I don't see any product called Creator Premier.  I'm finding Creator 2009,  Easy Media Creator Suite, ditto Deluxe Suite but not Creator Premier.  Searching the site for "Creator Premier" doesn't find anything.
So - are there service packs or downloads for my product?  Is it now called something else?

Thanks -

Magpie

That is a Dell OEM version, support will come from the Dell Website Support or forums.

The only Roxio update, for version 9, is for the Retail version of EMC 9 or EMC Deluxe, neither of which, is your product.

Thanks.  I just noticed that the title bar, when the program is open, says "Roxio Creator Premier"  but the program splash screen says Easy Media Creator 9.  Curiouser and curiouser.  Nothing found on Dell yet, but will keep looking.

Again, many thanks -

Yes, it will say EMC 9, but it is a Dell, stripped down version of EMC 9, and unless Dell has an update for it, there are none.

It is sad, because I think (not sure) that you had to pay extra to Dell, to get your version of the software, and you still got a stripped down version. sad.gif
