I bought a box of the Roxio (Vista compatible) Easy CD & DVD Burning software. After trying to install that for about 1 hour+ and given the fact that I consider myself at least a very able PC user if not an expert I turned to the discussion group and google to see what is available on this issue.
Most people have had problems in the installation, then the drives are not recognized. Allegedly there is some "clerical error". Then they very conveniently take you to a web site where you can buy a "streamlined vista compatible version" and even get a 15% reduction in price.
Well my friends let me tell you this is a very classic case of a class action lawsuit brewing to happen. If nothing gets done for us users I might even lead the way.
Complete and utter misrepresentation of facts and the fact that I know every single contingency based class action law suit firm.
Regards and expecting a response from Roxio very soon.

Well if you're expecting a response from them, I hope you actually tried contacting them. This here is just a user forum. You can't contact 'em by posting a rant here.
