Greetings,
I purchased this program from Best Buy last year sometime. I installed it on my Vista Home Premium(64 bit) machine just fine. I had a hard drive crash last week, so I decided to upgrade to Vista Ultimate. Now trying to install on the same machine, after a clean windows install, & once it starts the install I get the error code: 0652. Can someone help? I tried support, & they tell me that only have me registered for EMC 9, which is incorrect, but now they have decided not to update my ticket with a responce (as in, if we ignore him, he will go away).

Thanks
Craig

You asked for help from tech support and they answered. But you decided not to update your info and hope they will go away?

I am having trouble connecting the dots with that reaction…

I did update my ticket, they did not respond. And my product is registered.
