Sonic Dvd For Photo Story 3 For Windows - Esd Error message

I just downloaded "Sonic DVD for Photo Story 3 for Windows - ESD" and I get an error message when I try to burn a DVD. The error message says,
"The CinePlayer decoders have not yet been activated.
"You must activate the product before use.
"Please run the player that included these decoders in order to activate the product."

I'm really not sure what this means. I don't know what player included these decoders.
Any ideas?
