I installed Easy Creator 10 with no problems, but it doesn't recognize my drive. Disc info states it is a Samsung CD-ROM. I downloaded pxengine4_10 and restarted, but still does not recognize drive? Lucy

If Windows can see the drive then try this update:
http://images.roxio....ine3_00_58a.zip
You'll have to unzip the file and then do the update.

Umm... if Disc Info states it is a CD-ROM, and not a CD-R/RW drive, then is there some possibility that it is really a CD-ROM (Read Only Memory) drive, and not a CD-Writer?
What model number/drive ID string does it give for your drive?
