I am missing the desktop shortcut for creators main window/home page, can someone point me to where it resides. otherwise I have to start each program separately.

I am having the same problem using Vista 64. Had a HD crash. Had to get a new one. I had to install everything +OS. This program is the only issue I have had.

I tried clean install at least a half dozen times now and the SP4. Nada!!!! I am able to access MOST Roxio programs via the start button but I did notice that in addition to the missing main screen, some other Roxio programs are missing. One in paticular is Capture. This was a main reason I purchased this software. I have owned Creator 2009 since Dec 08 and this by far the biggest dissapointment. Been a user of Roxio products for years, if I can't get this resolved. I will need to look for other solutions.

Can anyone please help! I have a project that I need complete by Wed!!!
