Hello
Excuse me for my bad english (I'm italian), but i ask you hel because i have a serius problem
I have istalled Creator 2009 in my new notebook HP Pavillon DV7-1199el with Vista Home premium . I updated it with SP 4. When I tried to burn a DVD+RW (untill now i don't try other type of disk ) by Burning Data, nothing happened. The application reconignizes the disck but when i click start the disply becomes more grey end the process remain in stand by. i tried more time but each time, to sto p the process i had to berak it by task manager (stop the process). Looking the task manager, Creator 2009 is sometime "in working" and ay case in "no reply"  (this case happend when i tried to burn a file adding a those ones already burnt by another pc)
I've alredy installed Blue Ray plug-in, but anything changed.
Please give me a help mad.gif

Please clarify.  Can you burn to a new disc?  How was the other disc made- what program? Was the disc closed or left open for more files?

What application are you using to burn the disc- there are at least a couple that will burn a data disc.  What is the name?
Regardless of what I say about computer maintenance, there is no need to defrag a solid state hard drive.

I tried burn a DVD+RW new and one cancelld The other disc was a DVD+RW burnt by EMC 10 installed in PC Dell with Windows XP SP3. The disc was open. Infact i can see that the status bar on the left botton of the display gives the percentage that it 'd have been occupied after the burning.
The application is that I can select files or directory

Well that is as clear as mud !  huh.gif

What is "and one cancelid" ?

When you open the application, what does it say in the upper left headline?  That is the application.  If you can't tell, what did you press to get the application to open?
