Can't Open Creator 10

Just loaded Creator 10 on my computer with Vista. Loaded fine, went to open it up and burn a disc, and the small registration box popped up and said it was looking for webpage or something. Now it's just a small white box that says ONLINE REGISTRATION in the upper left box, then says stuff about registering, and then the ROXIO log at the bottom left corner. That's as far as it goes. help.
