Recently I attempted to use the email feature, however, when the button was pressed or feature was choosen from drop down menu...nothing happens. Help please!!!

Gee, where did you find it? There are a lot of applications in the software so we have to know that. Also many people post in the wrong place so please confirm that you have Easy Media Creator 9 that you bought in a box or downloaded. If you have one that came with your computer, it is crippled and you may not have that function available.

Regardless of what I say about computer maintenance, there is no need to defrag a solid state hard drive.
