After experiencing several problems with my Easy Creator 9, which came with my computer, I uninstalled the program. Then I reinstalled using the disk which came with my computer (DELL). Now when trying to operate the program I receive a runtime error which is then followed by PhotoSuite9 quit running error. I am very frustrated after dealing with this issue all day. What can I do to remedy this issue?

You have a Dell OEM version of Roxio. ALL support for OEM's comes from the supplier of the software.
Try contacting Dell, as you have already posted other problems with their software. Most of the users on here have the FULL retail version and are not familiar with their version.
