Roxio Creator De 10.2 Sceen Freezes

I've just bought a new Dell, it came with Roxio Creator DE 10.2 but each time I start it the screen freezes & I can go no further. Does anyone have any idea's on how to fix the problem?

Why did you ask that question in the Venue and QFlix forum ?
P4 @3.20GHz on Albatron PX-865PE Pro II with 2GB DDR-SDRAM, FX5900XT video, Viewsonic monitors,
BENQ DW1640, in XP Pro and Windows 7

I blame it all on Global Warming / Global Cooling / Global Staying the Same [pick one]
