OK...How difficult should this be?  I shot a movie on my Sony SR12.  Downloaded it into Roxio C2009.  Changed the start and finish on the movie and have spent 4 frustrating hours trying to burn it onto a DVD-RW that will play on my TV.  What am I not doing correctly?  I should add...I shot the video in Standard Definition because I don't have a Blueray player.

I would change my user name first! My controls top left, Change Display Name...

Now that is done, how did you download it into Roxio C2009? What format \ file extension is the Sony movie after downloading into Roxio? In what application of the suite did you change start and stop? How and in what application are you trying to burn to a DVD\RW that won't work on a settop DVD player?
