I have a video in production (1 hour)

I have made 8 chapters

Now I want to select each chapter one at a time and edit it.

I am unable to move the chapters into production for editing. I want to select parts of each chapter and delete/remove it between point A and point B.

After clicking on Edit Chapters, the Edit Chapters window opens showing each chapter. I select All and each chapter is highlighted, I click OK, the window closes and nothing happens. This window “Edit Chapters” does not allow editing; only playing. (???)

Please provide me with the steps, 1, 2, 3, etc. for editing (deleting/removal) within each chapter.

I don't have your software but would it take too much time for you to go back to the production before you created the chapters and do all editing you need to do there? Then you can create your chapters.

It seems you're misunderstanding the difference between a Chapter and a Movie/Title.

A Chapter is just a pointer to a particular point in a Movie/Title. It does not create separate sections of video for editing.  The 'edit chapters' function only allows you to set those 'pointers' and choose whether to create capter menu(s) or not. When you create a Chapter menu(s), those are just so that you can start playing the Movie/Title from that point. they are not for doing any editing.

To edit the content of your Movie/Title, you would need to do that thru the edit movie function.

I would suggest you remove all your chapter points, edit your movie, then add the chapter points.
