Is this a commercially made Bluray disc that you purchased or one that you made?
Cineplayer will only play Bluray discs that you create, it will not play commercially (purchased) discs.

Roxio/Sonic doesn't have a player that I am aware of that will play commercial BluRay discs.
You should have gotten one with the BluRay drive you have in your pc. If not, you can use Google to find one that you can install and use. One example would be Cyberlink PowerDVD (which is one of the more common ones that is supplied with drives and systems).
