Cd Key Does Not Work

I received a copy of TT8 with the purchase of a dvd drive. Upon attempting to use it, I was asked for the CD Key. I entered the key number on the cd sleeve, but it is not recognized and I am unable to continue. Any ideas? Thanks

All I can find is to make sure the key you're entering is 17 characters/digits. Otherwise it may be that you've mistaken a character for a look alike such as a lower case L looking like a 1 and an O looking like a 0. If it still doesn't work you need to contact Roxio's customer service.
