Cant Import Video Says Not Supported wont let me import a certain video

i have burnt about 15 dvds without problems

but i tried to import a video just now onto a new dvd and it says that the file is unsupported and i might need to install new software to read it during playback. i have never had this error problem before and i dont no what to install a si could find anything specific on the website

i know its not a problem with the dvd because i had 7 videos on it and i was just importing the last one to add

could you please help me if you have had this problem before or know what do to thanks

No information to work with.

What kind of DVDs did you burn? Data, video? Just because you burn a video file to a DVD does not make that a video DVD. What program did you use to burn?

What do you mean by "import a video unto a new DVD"?

It helps if you specify what program from Creator 2009 you are using when you are doing your burn and "importing"
