I am trying to reinstall Roxio Creator Premier SD 10.2  on my new Dell 1737 Laptop It get 3/4 of the way through and it stops and does a roll back and then I get a error window with the 064C Error I have Tried wit a Clean boot and shut down all services but still no Luck also looked in the regstistry for any old Roxio Stuff, have ran several Cleaners but still no luck any help would be Great, Dell Tec that I talked to said restore system but its a new Machine and I have spent a lot of time configuring it.
