After inserting a Foto CD Created with Roxio, on a XP machine, a sentens came on the screen about installing something.
The result was that all the pictures where gone, only 3 files on the disk.
Autorun

What to do to get my pictures back?

Your "Foto" CD was most likely made with an old version of an old writing system called Direct CD.

When you inserted the disc into your XP machine the disc invited you to install a UDF Reader. You must have told it "yes" or nothing would have happened.

When you told it "yes" it tried to run the udfrinst program and install an old UDF rdeader onto your XP system.
XP has its own UDF reader, and the old reader is incompatible with XP. Because of this your XP system cannot now read your old "Foto" CD, although the CD is unchanged and nothing new has been written to it.

To see and copy the files from your old disc you will need to either
[1] read it in the system which created it
or
[2] use a program such as Isobuster from isobuster.com, or CD Roller from cdroller.com. These programs can usually recover data from this type of disc. Their trial version will show you if they can, but you'll probably need to buy their full version to actually recover files.
