Hey,
I'm having the same issue burning dvds from Popcorn 3. It gets about a minute into the write and then an error message pops up saying "Medium write error" and sense key = 0x0c. I have tried every troubleshooting tip, from unchecking the verification feature to trying different dvds and nothing works. Do I have to reinstall Popcorn?

If you reinstall Popcorn, install the latest download from Roxio's software updates page instead of any earlier version. You also can trash the Popcorn plist file in your user>Library>Preferences folder.
A medium error is usually a problem with your drive's firmware and the brand of media you are using. Try with Verbatim media as the firmware for all drives is tuned for those discs. I also suggest doing a test where you choose Save as Disc Image from the File menu and then burning that to DVD using the Image File setting.

I'm just a fellow Toast-user so please don't blame Roxio for any misguidance I may provide. And do let me know if your issue gets solved. Cheers from Eugene, Oregon!
