I have had the Roxio Creator 6 for some years but, suddenly when I log on and want to copy a disk I get a message "Could not detect any supported recorders. Suggest you re-intall the software"
The software works satisfactorily when re-intalled but, when I when I close the computer down and re-boot up my computer and log onto Creator 6 I get the same message that NO RECORDERS COULD BE DETECTED.
Has anybody come accross this problem and have been able to fix the problem?
