I am looking for some input on a recent problem I am having with EMC10.

Recently bought a new computer HP with Vista Home Premium 64 bit.  Upgrading from XP SP3.  After reinstalling EMC on this new machine I discover problems in the Video Copy and Compilation module.

The module starts fine and can load a video off of a DVD to work with but when I try to preview or edit the video in the preview/trim, the video will not play in this submodule.

I have tried several different DVD as tests and none will preview.

Has anyone wlse experienced this problem?  Could one of the preinstalled video programs on an HP computer conflict with this module?  If so, any idea which program?  Could it a confloct with the 64-bit os?

Have you applied the update to 10.1?
