Je ne sais pas si je peux veritablement aider, car je n'ai pas EMC 10 installé, mais EMC 9 et Creator 2009.
Si j'ai bien compris Kapersky signale que pcfpatch est un virus ou quelquechose semblable, en quel cas c'est un faux positif (j'ai le même fichier, seulement avec Creator 2009, il est placé allieurs). Si Kapersky a effacé ou mis en quarantaine pcfpatch, cherchez pour pcfpatch.cab, un fichier comprimé qui contient pcfpatch, et de cette façon remplacez le fichier. Je ne connait pas Kapersky (j'utilise Norton AV), mais je suppose qu'il est possible de mettre pcfpatch dans une liste d'exclusions pour éviter la fausse detection.
Si j'ai mal compris, élaborez svp.

As I understand it Kapersky will have flagged pcfpatch as malicious (false postive) and quarantined or deleted it, and my suggestion, if that is the case, is to look for pcfpatch.cab and extract a copy of pcfpatch to replace the missing file, and to exclude pcfpatch from Kapersky's detections.
I hope I was not completely on the wrong track..
