I'm wasting my time but just in the slight chance that you don't already know, this is a users forum and not a Roxio support site and it's VERY unlikely that Roxio engineers would even see this post.  
But I guess you knew that and just wanted to make your point.

Maybe the Roxio engineers and the marketing dept. should start reading these post. and whatever support person if there is one
