3GPP2 import problem

I have been trying for days to import movies I recorded on my phone to Roxio and cannot get Roxio to even list them as an option in the drop down lists.  Please help!

What application are you using?  Have you tried sync in Media Manager?
Regardless of what I say about computer maintenance, there is no need to defrag a solid state hard drive.

I just had the same problem recently from some video someone had emailed me for a project I was doing. You are going to have to convert that file to something Roxio will recognize like mpg. To do that, I used Zamzar. It is a free service for up 100mb. If you are over that amount, then you might have to pay for it. I only had a 5 second video to convert so I was under the limit. Good luck!

SyncIt! not included in EMC 10?

It is in Creator 2009 and is a Drag and Drop converter that does 3GP files.
