I don't get a lot of time to play with programs like this, so it irritates me when I can't do what I think I used to could...  I'm trying to take some pictures and video clips and create a larger video file for my parents with VideoWave.  I used MyDVD once upon a time to create a video baby album for them and I remember adding lots of colorful video effects (polarizing and colorshifting kinda things).  Now, I can't seem to find them.  I just installed (re-installed?) the Content disc but I don't see any more effects than what I had before.  Now, I've had several versions of this program over the years (some labeled Sonic) so it's possible that I was using a different version, but I would have thought you would have added features rather than removed them so I'm wondering if maybe I still haven't fully activated the Content features...  If I could find a list somewhere of what I'm supposed to have, then I'd at least know if I should continue pursuing this.  Am I being clear as mud?

What version do you have? You are posting in Creator 2009 and are mention EMC 9 in your topic line. THey are 2 versions difference in the programs and much has changed.
Creator 2009 has about 140 or so transitions, 80 video effects and 35 overlays. EMC 9 has a few less propably but still more then you ever need.

How many effects, etc. do you see?

Hey, you're right.  I am in the wrong place.  Still... I'm using VideoWave 9 from the EMC 9 Suite.  I count 245 transitions and 99 effects.  Quite a lot actually.  Its just that I don't see anything that looks like the ones I used before.  Maybe I combined some things or tweaked them somehow.  I remember one in particular that looked like someone traced over each frame with colored markers and then you could drop the actual image in and out, leaving only the outline.  Not something I absolutely have to have, but I hate it when I forget how I did something...

The transitions, etc. have changed over the different versions: some have been dropped, some added and some have been renamed but most of them are the same as in previous versions. As far as I know there is no "list"
