Hello,
I have a problem when I want to activate my software.
I want to convert some video files:
Roxio Creator 9 Home > Video > Convert video files (I use a french version, sorry if it's not exactly the words)
Anyway, a window pops up "You must activate your product to use this feature"
I click on ok "connecting..." and "invalid product key".
How can I fix this problem??
Thanks for your help,
Mumble
PS: And it's an original version not a cracked one, I bought it in store some years ago. I updated it; I'm using the version 9.1.
OS: Windows XP SP3
Edit: I just noticed that for every features it asks activation, so I can't use my software. I haven't got this problem before... it may be cause of roxio servers?
Try this first. If that doesn't work,
try this.
Regardless of what I say about computer maintenance, there is no need to defrag a solid state hard drive.
