I've been using Sound Editor for quite some time to create audio mixes.  The last time I tried using it, however, it would not let me select portions of the clip to cut.  If I try to drag the cursor over the section I want to cut it selects the track divider and moves that instead.  I can only cut entire tracks.   I tried loading older projects that I had successfully edited before and can not select portions of the clip for cutting now.  I'm using EMC 9 (Build 910B68R ENU)  on a Vista Home Premium computer.
