It all started when I went to start my Easy CD & DVD software on my computor. It is a purchased copy and registered. When clicking on my shortcut it gives me a message that the trial version has expired. I research on net and topics say to clean install software. Following instructions from http://kb.roxio.com/, I uninstalled software, deleted fiolders and deleted regkeys. When I come to reinstall it says that earlier versions need to be removed. After installing software now I recieve the message "unable to find certificate file".

Can anyone help me??

Is there anything else I need to do??

I am running Vista home premium 64 bit.

You posted in the Creator 9 (edit should read Creator 2009) forum and then say you are having trouble with  Easy CD & DVD.

These are two different Roxio programs.....please verify what program you have?.

From the messages that you are getting it is probably the later, but lets make sure.

Actually this is the Creator 2009 forum which is a completely different package from EMC 9

Ogdens edit - Oops....Edited to show Creator 2009 not Creator 9, thanks Walt

Perhaps it is the Red box version of "Easy..." and belongs here? The Op did say "Easy CD & DVD"

Has to be version 9, Steve. Creator 2009 doesn't have that "Trial Version Expired" error. I'll get it shifted.
