Error message

I continue to get a message:  The feature Windows is trying to use is on a
CD-rom or other disk that is not avilable.  Insert Roxio Media Manager.  I've had my Blackberry Curve for almost a year and have seen this message before and eventually it went away but it's not now.  Any help?

Hate to do this to you but support comes from RIM here.
Regardless of what I say about computer maintenance, there is no need to defrag a solid state hard drive.
