I have transferred shows to my Mac using TTG. They are all there in the .tivo format. I can watch them, with video and audio using tivo vid player. But when I try to convert and export them to itunes, they convert with no audio.

Here are my steps:
Start Toast 9, Select Convert tab, selcet Video files, set Media Browser to TIVO, select show and add it to the convert window.
When it arrives, it lists the video format but shows the audio format as "no audio".

I can't find any option to select that will include the audio. What am I doing wrong? Not very useful to export shows with no audio track!
