Can't even register the product

Received boxed Mac version. Logged in to my account where I have registered other Roxio products. Typed in the CD key which was refused as invalid. Used both Safari and Firefox and Roxio's website won't accept the CD key for Easy VHS to DVD for the Mac. Emailed tech support. Received a robotic reply. No solution yet. Not a big problem, yet the product registration should encounter difficulties? mad.gif

I have exactly the same problem, paid great attention to entering the CD key EXACTLY as shown on the CD sleeve and it returns 'invalid key'.

This was resolved on the server side and you should be able to register correctly now.
