Thanks for your reply.  I have contacted support via  email,  and with their ticket system.  I don't feel I should have to pay for support because Roxio's software  won't install; I have a valid serial number-well, at least it was at one time.  There have been other customers with the same issue, with this and other software-it is a known problem. I am not impressed with Roxio's customer support; I asked for assistance over a week ago and no response yet.  It is almost impossible to find a link to this software anywhere on their "support" site.

Thanks Walt;  support emailed me-but they have not sent a solution yet.  This program is an add on for Microsoft free program-Photostory.  It allows one to burn your "story" from aforementioned program to DVD.  Check it out on MS site...

Do you know of any other support links/contacts?  Is there person on this forum that can direct me to a support/email address?  I tried the support through Digital River. I purchased the sofware online from them.  they told me I have to contact Sonic for help on this.  It doesn't appear they support it online as I cna't find a link.  I submitted a ticket over a week ago, and no answer and no references to this software in the ticket system.

Sorry,

Very few people from Roxio come here. We're all customers. You should ask them directly.
If you want to ask Digital River you'll need to ask them directly, too.

Like Sarge mentioned, this is just a user forum. Sonic/Roxio tech doesn't reply here.

You could try the options on this support page. It includes a Live Chat link during their business hours. I would try either that or calling the # listed.
