You had best remove your e-mail address quickly unless you like to receive lots of spy/spam mail.
You install the Contents disc and then use the "installed" effects, etc in you projects.

You access them in whatever program uses them. VideoWave is one of the programs in the suite that uses them. You will notice that you have many transitions to choose from.
