whenever i try to import audio tracks - i can only import one into entire video. i get an error message when i try to import the next one. i am getting no effective response from roxio - been emailing them for 3 weeks and Live Chat seems to have disappeared. i have tried to repair/reinstall program, but that does no good. I get an "adminstrator won't let you" type message when i tried to uninstall the program to reinstall and maybe fix the clitch. any toughts? thank you

What program are you using? How are you adding the audio? What error message are you getting? Some details would help rolleyes.gif

thank you. i am using creative media 10; vista operating system; i am downloading audio from "my music" files. the error message i receive is "audio can not be added at this position." (mp3 and WAV formats) I have creative media 9 on another computer - xp -on which I add audio to the video wave productions all the time (I had issues w/ this version which is why i purchased the newer version - just in case - for the vista OS computer. There is approximately 8 minutes of photos/videos. the program will allow me to add only 1 song, then i get this message when i try to add more. there is nothing else on the sound track. i've tried to "remove from production" just in case something was hidden?? any thoughts? thank you

What program from EMC 10 are you using, there are more then 2 dozen?
How are you adding the audio? You either have to drag the audio clip to the end of the previous audio clip or make sure that the blue cursor (on the timeline) is not over an existing audio clip.
You can also add audio to one of the other audio tracks slightly overlapping them. Do a fade out on the first one and a fade in for the second one.

There is no answer to the OPs problem since he never really explained what he was doing. His problem is completely different from yours most likely since he has not mentioned trying to load files from other drives.
If you start a new thread explaining in detail your problem, what you are trying to do and how you are doing it then perhaps someone will be able to help. At the moment you have not supplied any information to work with.
