Easy CD & DVD burning was loaded and running.
When I installed Blackberry User Tools (Desktop Manager) Easy CD... no longer ran.
It appeared the Roxio Media Manager portion of the Blackberry program overwrote portions of Easy CD.
Anybody have any workarounds for this conflict?
(I've sent two tech support requests to Roxio but they prefer not to reply)

You need to contact Blackberry - it is a modified OEM version and they are responsible for support.

Have you tried reinstalling Easy CD & DVD Burning to see if that solves the problem without disabling the Blackberry Media Manager?
