Hi, I just got this software thinking it wouldn't give me any problems at all. I got a message at the very end, when it was almost done making my dvd that said.

RoxWizardLauncher Module '

RoxiWizard Launcher Module has encountered a problem and needs to close.

This is 100 time it's happened to me and I'm getting very frusteratd with it. Is there a way for it to stop appearing? and just burn my dvd?

Thanks,john

You have both those software products installed?

When you get that error:
Which one are you using?
Which application?
What settings did you use?

What are the rest of your PC specs?

Without details like this, no one has any idea what you are trying to do.

Seems I remember that having both of those installed has a compatibility issue.

I know Creator 2009 and EVHS2DVD softwares conflict, but I thought it was ok with EMC 10.

Of course, that's only relevant if the OP is talking about the EVHS2DVD software, not just the capture hardware device.

I suggest you try by uninstall-reboot-reinstall the EMC 10 package. Failing that…

The Clean Install is Here

Following the instructions, print them, you will remove all Roxio/Sonic products and then reinstall EMC 10 only.

You can still use the USB Capture Device with EMC 10 as the drivers will still be intact.

The only thing you won’t be able to do is to use the device to capture Audio. This is hardly a big deal as you use the Line In port on your PC for this just like before… And the Plug & Burn portion of EMC 10 will not work with the Device under any circumstances. No lose there either, it should have a Roulette Wheel for an icon since the 2 have similar odds of success  laugh.gif

Otherwise the EMC 10 Suite is a more complete package than what comes with the V2D Suite.

I have installed the V2D on a PC with EMC 6, 7 & 10 and it runs fine and allows any of those programs to utilize the USB Capture Device once installed.

Give the first one a try since it is the easiest then move to the next if needed. Let us know how it works out.
