I downloaded EMC 10 and do not have a hard copy. I am preparing to reinstall my operating system and want to figure out how to reinstall EMC 10 afterwards. Right now I can only boot in safe mode.

You use the same exe file(s) you downloaded when you purchased it, that hopefully you made a backup copy of.
