express labler

i  installed creator 9 on my computer and , i have hp photosmart printer 5580 and i cant get  the express labler to work . when i try it says close tray and prints it on the paper .

Move here since the topic is not a Venue or Qflix issues.  JSSX do you have Easy Media Creator 9 or do you have Creator 2009. They are two different products and the solution for one may not be the solution to the other.

I don't understand your problem - are you trying to print directly on a CD/DVD?  If so, have you changed the seeting in both the program AND the printer to print to that media?  ... and probably set the feed to manual.

Regardless of what I say about computer maintenance, there is no need to defrag a solid state hard drive.
