I have tried to reload this program a number of times.  I found that this did not correct the error messages which pop-up each time I attempt to start ten of the  12 Audio applications on the first page.  What other options do I have?  Any suggestions?

Here is the error message that I see when I attempt to start the multi-CD Ripper: "Roxio Tag Editor has encountered a problem and needs to close....  The more info window says AppName: rxtaedit 10.exe - App Version 10.0.0.42, modname: 7lu.dll, Model Version = 7.10.30.77, Offset - 0003611f.  Similar errors messages pop up for other applicationsd: Edit Song Information, Convert LPs and Tapes, Easy Audio Capture, Sound Editor, Audio Converter,  Autofix. Create Jukebox Disc, and Quick Music DVD

I have not tried the other applications for Video, Data, Backup, Media and Devices, etc.
