I have the Sonic - Creator Plus (Dell Edition) it has stopping work and willnot re install. I have four hundred CD saved in gig. Where is the correct update/upgrade so I can continue reading my old gig.

You have a Dell oem version of Roxio, and ALL support for OEM's comes from the supplier of the oem.
So contact Dell for any updates/upgrades.
