has anyone had trouble installing easy creator. I bought a version 9 on ebay since i just needed something simple. I installed program and it appeared it did, yet everytime I try to use it it goes througjh the installation again, rebooting then thesame thing over again. Can anyone help?

Try a Windows repair first.
Get you money back if you can ! You may have bought a pirated disc or an OEM that was designed to work only on the original computer.
Make sure that you do a clean uninstall/install for your OS, disconnect from the internet, check for malware and viruses and then turn those program off. Defrag your hard drive. Do the clean install. This is for XP, scroll down for Vista.
Regardless of what I say about computer maintenance, there is no need to defrag a solid state hard drive.
