I just bought Easy etc. set it up, downloaded and installed the update, and the .mov files give me "not a movie file' errors and when I tried to burn them I got burner errors This is ridiculous!

I have a dual 1.8 G5, 10.5.7, and 1 gig of RAM. The program seemed to capture ok, but if you can't play or burn a file, what good is it?

Does anyone have a solution? I've already emailed tech support-we'll see if they have any idea!
