I am trying to load creator 6 on my new computer. I keep getting a message saying not compatible with 64 bit. What do I do ?

ECDC v6 was only compatible with 32bit OS's up thru XP. It is not compatible with XP 64bit or any version of Vista or the upcoming Windows7.
You'll need to get a newer product to use on your new pc. The current version of Roxio products is Creator 2009.
