Hi

Hope someone can help.

I have just tried to install DVDIT PRO6 on my computer and keep getting a message saying "cd serial number is invalid". I have contacted roxio and they confirm my serial number is valid (it came printed on the box).

Despite several efforts from roxio support I have had no solution.

I am running windows xp professional.

Anyone else had this problem?

I just received DVDit Pro 6 and I have the same problem. Invalid product key. The only answer from Roxio I received so far is that they confirmed that my product key is valid. But it's impossible to install the program when I keep getting the message: unvalid product key.
Is there somebody who has a solution for this problem?

I just got dvdit Pro 6 today and had no problems with the serial code. When I put my cd code in I hit my capslock key to put it in. O(oh) and 0(zero) look the same so experiment if you're unsure whether it's the number or letter. Good luck!
