- What is the full name and version of the Roxio software do you have?
- What type and model of camera do you have? What software comes with it?
- List specs regarding your PC (e.g., OS, video card, memory, HD capaity, etc).

AND number 3???
Actually look in you camera manual and see what it needs to transfer to a PC.
Then look at your PC with that in mind.
