The program "Roxio Creator & MyDVD 9.0 DE" was included on my Win XP machine. I needed to do a "Windows Restore" to fix a problem. Now, I am getting a popup that is looking for the file: Roxio Media Manager.msi. I did try removing the whole program, and now I can't re-install it. Is that file on the CD?

You are using a Dell (DE) version of EMC 9. Like it or not but support comes from Dell.  Try inserting the CD if you have it and see it that will resolve the pop-up looking for the file.

You could try a clean install: Clean Install Instructions of Creator 9 and 10 on Windows XP

If you are using a registry cleaner, be sure to exclude Roxio and Sonic entries from removal.
