When I go to (Edit and Transfer) Edit Video - Advanced. I get a message asking me to change my video settings to 1024 X 768 or higher. My current video settings are 1920 X 1080 32 bit. Does anyone know a way around this message without down grading my video settings?

Odd, have you updated your video drivers lately? I use 1920x1080P with no issues.
