I am using the EASY CD & DVD BURNING program and never had a problem with it.
I had some major computer problems which forced me to have my whole hard drive wiped and Windows XP
Home Edition with Service Pack 2 had to be reinstalled.
I lost all installed programs and emails.
After I got my computer fixed I reinstalled the program and now I have a weird
problem. Now when I bring up the program to make a CD it shows no Default
recorder on the bottom right of the computer and shows no drives when I click on the drive symbol.
Now my D: drive normally says DVD/CD-RW Drive but after running your program if I check in MY COMPUTER the D: is now a CD-Drive. If I reboot the computer it goes back to being a DVD/CD-RW Drive with no more
problems unless I try using your program again then it goes back to being a CD-Drive again which prevents
me from installing any programs.
How do I fix this problem????
There is nothing different on my computer after it was repaired other than the same programs I had on before
and no changes to my security programs.

What program do you actually have? "EASY CD & DVD BURNING" may refer to an limited EMC 9 version which is over two years old.

I don't have the box anymore.
I just have the CD and sleeve.
The CD sleeve has a CD KEY on it and it also says EASY BURN V6.2.1.130 on it if
that helps.
